Direct the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning solutions for new technologies and capabilities, employee onboarding, and ongoing learning. This encompasses analyzing technical needs, developing role-specific curricula, and creating high-quality, scalable learning and performance support assets for core systems.
Establish, manage, and empower a Technology Super User/Change Agent Network across the Office Division to ensure localized support, drive continuous reinforcement, and facilitate the collection of user feedback for system enhancements
Serve as the change lead for all major technology initiatives, designing and executing actionable change management plans (including communication, training, and follow-up) to minimize user friction and maximize adoption
Continuously monitor the effectiveness and utilization of new tools and enhancements, using user feedback and system data to provide strategic suggestions for process improvement, system enhancements, and curriculum optimization
Actively participate in the full IT project lifecycle, collaborating with project teams to embed change and learning activities into the overall project governance, timeline, and business process redesign
Establish clear metrics (KPIs) and accountability for technology usage and proficiency. Track and report on change effectiveness, ensuring training translates into tangible business value and effective utilization

Expertise in developing training content using a Learning Management System (LMS) and professional authoring tools (e.g., WalkMe, Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
Strong analytical skills with proven experience defining and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to adoption, knowledge retention, and time-to-proficiency
Proven experience in applying a structured change management methodology to large-scale technology implementation projects
Prosci or Certified Change Management Professional certifications preferred
Familiarity with the implementation and adoption challenges of enterprise systems such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP, or other large-scale platforms
