Ability to take ownership and lead work under minimal direction.
Experience in leading projects with large CAPEX values exceeding US$ 1bn.
Ability to carry out services and provide advisory on procurement and phasing strategies, consultant appointments, contractor selection, support feasibility studies, pre-contract estimating including design to budget responsibilities.
Ideally involved in predominantly Pre-Contract roles, having managed high-profile landmark projects and has led teams of larger than 6.
Minimum 5 years in the Middle East
Experience in a range of asset types including High-End Residential, Commercial and Hospitality.
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or other Construction related field.
Experienced cost management professional with minimum 12 years in the construction industry, including minimum of 5 years in Dubai or the Middle East.
