Candidates must hold a BA/BS in a human‑service field (or equivalent experience), have at least two years of experience serving homeless or low‑income individuals with complex health or substance‑use issues, and possess a valid Washington State driver’s license with an insurable record.
Essential competencies include strong written and oral communication, effective organization and time‑management, creative problem‑solving, empathy for individuals affected by addiction and trauma, the ability to work under stress with diverse populations, collaborative teamwork, leadership, proficiency with Microsoft Office and specialized databases, and meticulous attention to detail.

This position is represented by Local 8 of the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU) and offers a starting wage of $35.04 per hour.
