Quantity Surveyor (Interiors)

Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor specializing in interiors, located in Bengaluru. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing detailed bills of quantities (BOQ), managing and controlling project costs, planning and forecasting budgets, and ensuring effective cost reporting. The role will involve collaborating closely with the design and execution teams to guarantee cost efficiency and adherence to project timelines, without compromising on quality.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Cost Management and Cost Planning, with an aptitude for developing budgets and financial forecasts
• Proficiency in preparing comprehensive BOQs and ensuring accuracy in cost estimations
• Expertise in Cost Control, including the ability to monitor and regulate expenditures during projects
• Experience in Cost Reporting, including preparing detailed reports on project cost performance
• Experience in interior design or related project management is preferred
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Educational qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
