In this role you will design, analyze, and review highway, railroad, pedestrian, and other transportation bridges. You will prepare designs, quantity take‑offs, cost estimates, and specifications while collaborating with bridge staff to deliver PS&E contract documents on schedule and within budget for local agencies, federal agencies, and state DOTs.
The senior engineer will lead project structures, coordinate staff, maintain client relationships, and help build a strong regional presence for Horrocks in transportation and structural engineering.
Candidates must hold a B.S. in civil engineering, be a licensed PE, and possess 8‑15+ years of relevant experience. Travel is limited to less than 10 % and the role requires effective team leadership and positive client interaction.
