Responsible for planning and preparing engineered contract documentation for assigned projects, working with or as a mechanical Project Manager to meet deadlines, aiding in or providing engineering decisions, and collaborating with other engineers, architects, and/or owners.
Responsible for creating mechanical and plumbing project construction documents, plans, and specifications.
Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships.
Responsible for on-site visits, as necessary, to collect existing condition information, attend meetings, respond to construction inquiries, and report on-site observations. Construction activities when necessary, may include shop drawing reviews, responding to RFI’s, and site visits to generate observation reports.

Professional Engineering (PE) License in the state of Texas.
Design-build experience is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree.

A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering design using Trane Trace 700, or similar energy modeling tools.
Large central plant experience is a plus
