Processing of Manual and Configured Bills of Materials
Ensure incoming requests are addressed appropriately and in a timely manner, guaranteeing that the request is either answered by a member of the MBOM team or answered by an outside group, where applicable.
Work closely with Inbound Support, Design, Quality, Engineering and personnel in other departments or Production Lead Hands / Production Supervisors to ensure work is issued accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide Field Quality Report assistance to Quality when required.
Communicate openly with Team Leader regarding delays and issues on requests that are being processed.
Ensure responses, Manual Bills of Materials and Configured jobs are done in an accurate, timely and error free manner.
Verify other team members’ work for accuracy as required.
Interpretation of inquiries and provide direction to the correct parties when and if required.
Participate in Continuous Improvement with a goal of improving processes and increasing accuracy within the team.
Provide production assistance to cells in a prompt, professional manner.
