  • Oversee the gathering of all data inputs required for analysis, including residency agreements, pricing sheets, floor plans, unit mixes, occupancy rates, refund policies, healthcare provisions, services, and amenities. Input all appropriate data into the model.
  • Utilize and evolve a proprietary LCS model to compare the fees, refund policies, healthcare provisions, services and floor plans of LCS senior living communities to their competitors.
  • Refine and/or reimagine the existing proprietary pricing analysis model and processes.
  • Collaborate with third party providers of industry pricing data to develop new pricing tools for LCS use.
  • Understand the unique market circumstances of each community and research the intricacies of communities’ contractual agreements with their residents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Sales, Construction, Asset Management, etc.) to optimize pricing strategies that support community business objectives.
  • Conduct pricing analysis, identify opportunities for pricing refinement, prepare summary reports and present key findings to community management teams.

  • Understanding of financial analysis techniques and pricing strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 4-6 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis or related roles.
  • This position requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, a related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • Experience in the senior living industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI)
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex information
