Design Lead (Master Planning)

Description

Accountable for the planning function on allocated projects or tenders, ensuring they are effectively planned, scheduled and monitored. Supports the project management function in delivery as required, ensuring projects are delivered on time and profitably. Responsible for planning medium to high‑complexity projects, a portfolio of projects, or sections of larger projects.

• Apply specific planning and scheduling methods, techniques, and tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Analyze complex requirements and recommend corrective measures.
• Lead and develop a team delivering planning and schedule management services.
• Influence clients to accept proposals and recommendations.
• Perform tasks required to meet project or assignment requirements.
• Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition and manage carbon emissions reductions.
