- Implement and maintain robust cost control measures and financial reporting systems to support project delivery.
- Manage all financial aspects related to design changes, construction activities, contract awards, and client billing.
- Evaluate and negotiate contractor and subcontractor claims for delays and additional costs, ensuring fair and contract-compliant outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to sustainability goals, including net zero carbon transition.
- Provide expert advice on the administration and interpretation of building contract terms throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage all contract documentation, including warranties, bonds, and licenses, ensuring timely and accurate execution by all relevant parties.
- Oversee project completion processes, including issuing certificates of practical completion, making good defects, and final account settlements.
- Conduct valuations of completed work, manage variations, and ensure alignment with contractual agreements.
