You will take ownership of all engineering operations, spanning mechanical, electrical, public health, critical systems and fabric management. With a significant leadership remit, you will set performance standards, guide capital and maintenance programmes, and ensure technical compliance across a complex multi-building portfolio. Collaboration will be central to your success, working closely with senior stakeholders, specialist advisors and a multi-disciplinary in-house team.
