Lead Engineer for offshore wind project support structure solutions, responsible for site-specific integrated load analysis, tower and foundation design, and customer alignment.
Ensure customer alignment with regards to the tower/foundation design process as well as optimization for the given project conditions
Strengthen and promote in-house capabilities for performing analysis for foundation design to strategically use the conclusions in technical and commercial context through alignment with relevant stakeholders
Manage the orchestration of site-specific Integrated Load Analysis (ILA) process working in collaboration with external as well internal stakeholders

Previous experience in wind energy

Professional presentation skills with ability and confidence to present technical topics
Experience within offshore loads or support structure design domain
Good communication skills. We prefer prior experience interacting with a variety of technical and commercial stakeholders
Knowledge of (offshore) tower and foundation designs and relevant standards within this area (Eurocode 3, IEC 61400-6, DNVGL-ST-0126, etc.) is beneficial
In addition to technical, quantitative, and analytical skills, you will need to have customer focus and build a network and manage relationships with customers and their consultants
Knowledge of (offshore) turbine load evaluation and relevant standards within this area (IEC 61400-1, IEC 61400-3-1, etc.) is beneficial
