Track operational performance through reporting, KPI analysis, and regulatory documentation.
Manage and monitor plant budgets, capital projects, and financial performance.
Contribute to new project development, including cost planning and operational input.
Oversee staff development, ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols, and maintain strong internal communication.
Communicate regularly with senior leadership and stakeholders, representing the facility in meetings and audits.
