  • Oversee and implement groundwater and soil remedial actions, such as injection events, removal actions, as well as remedial system oversight.
  • Oversee and conduct soil, soil vapor, and groundwater investigations.
  • Conduct ongoing groundwater well development and sampling for routine monitoring events.
  • Coordinate and assist with scoping and scheduling field investigations.
  • Coordination and oversight of subcontractors, including health and safety management.
  • Review, communicate, and manage the project health and safety plan so that project personnel, client and subcontractors are aware of risks and hazards, and incidents are prevented.
  • Oversee and conduct hydrogeologic evaluations, including slug testing and pump tests.
  • Preparation of health & safety plans, work plans, reports, and other technical documents.
  • Oversee and conduct soil and rock core logging and sample collection.
  • Collect, and interpret data, conduct analyses, and compare findings to relevant studies and local, state and federal regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Compiling, evaluating, analyzing, and presenting/reporting subsurface investigation data, including preparation of site layout and cross section figures.
  • Oversee monitoring well drilling and installation.
  • Control project tasks cost, schedule, and quality of work.
  • Site health and safety planning and completing work safely.
  • Conducting site evaluations and preparing reports such as Phase I ESA’s.

  • Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
  • Proficient in policies and procedures for HSSE, including clientspecific training, leads by example, and applies these policies and procedures as appropriate to their work
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, geologic logging and field boring log preparation.
  • Solid skills in technical writing
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally and locally as required for proposal and project needs.
  • 40Hr HAZWOPER training (preferred, but not required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Geoscience, Geology or related field.
  • Understanding of engineering plans and specifications under the direction of a professional engineer.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with both clients and project team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet strict project deadlines.
  • Minimum 06 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education (e.g., advanced degree) and experience.
  • Good driving record and valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
  • Fieldwork, including regional travel, when necessary.
