Ability to read and apply design drawings, specifications, survey data, and ITPs, including compaction and materials testing.
Strong experience in site-based delivery, subcontractor coordination, and day-to-day construction support.
3–5+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure, including drainage, stormwater, roading, or site development works.
Tertiary qualification in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Solid knowledge of NZ standards, council requirements, and environmental compliance.
Proficient with industry tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble, or GPS-based systems, with a full, clean driver’s licence.
A safety-first, collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced alliance environment.
Experience supporting programme, cost control, and variations to achieve project outcomes.
