Tasks

-Contribute to the development of lifting procedures and stamp when required. -Participate in lifting incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions. -Mentor and supervise Lifting Trainee, Level 1, and Level 2 Lifting professionals. -Lead the planning and execution of complex and high-risk lifting operations. -Develop and approve comprehensive lifting plans and method statements. -Ensure compliance with national and international safety standards (e.g., OSHA, LOLER). -Review and approve lifting equipment certifications and inspection records. -Conduct site inspections and risk assessments for critical lifts. -Coordinate with project managers, crane operators, rigging teams, and subcontractors.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering with current license. -Extensive experience in lifting and rigging operations, preferably in the construction industry. -Proficient in lifting simulation software and CAD tools. -In-depth knowledge of lifting codes, standards, and safety regulations. -Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
