Internal Sales Executive

Description

• Act as primary point of contact, build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with nominated End Users and Third Party Intermediary accounts
• Successfully develop business by generating leads and managing existing leads.
• Negotiate contract renewals and extensions to maximize revenue.
• Responsible for the commercial management of a group of SME and Micro clients
• Conduct regular account reviews, where relevant, to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Execute a sales plan for meeting quarterly, and yearly revenue and growth targets.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Head of Sales and/or Sales Director
• Address any service issues promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within nominated existing and new accounts.
• Write and review client quotes and proposals including timely follow-ups and clear communication throughout the process by documenting everything in our corporate CRM
• Financial management and reporting of nominated client portfolio.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Understand how IMServ can support client strategies through existing or new products and services
• Demonstrable experience of success in a Sales Executive role, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry.
• Experience in a Private Equity owned business environment (*)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM software and account management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience of working within a SaaS organisation (*)
• Experience of creating and working with KPIs and data to aid good decision making
