Performing metering and testing up to 480-volts maximum in situations where the EEW policy does not apply (where no shock or arc flash hazard exist and no permit is required)
Provides useful input on employee evaluations
Instructs employees assisting him/her in the correct operation of tools and equipment, safe work practices, electrical principles & applicable NEC
Follows all live-work policies & procedures
Occasionally required to use scissor, boom, and other personnel lifts to access the work area
Investigates or assists in investigation and reporting of near misses, incidents & injuries involving jobsite employees
Completes multi-task assignments involving all aspects of the trade via verbal and written instructions, field sketches, schematics, one-line diagrams & blueprint reference
Interprets & applies requirements of NEC for all installations, including special systems & occupancy
Supervises, directs, monitors, trains and works alongside one Electrician Trainee and/or one Apprentice delegated to assist him/her to ensure a safe and timely completion of assignment(s)
Performs assignment lay-outs and preparation for installation via verbal and written instructions, field sketches & blueprint reference
Operates any hand and power tools and equipment necessary to perform all trade associated assignments
Frequently required to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
Occasionally required to lift objects weighing up to 50lbs with assistance
Abides by Rex Moore's company rules, policies and safety requirements and reports all violations and incidents to immediate supervisor or safety manager
Regularly required to talk in order to communicate detailed, important, and accurate instructions to internal and external customers.
Performs all tasks in a timely manner to meet production standards

Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Proficient interpretation and application of structural blueprints as applied to the electrical scope
Constantly required to hear sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to hear detailed information and distinguish sounds to avoid hazards.
High school diploma or equivalent
Enrollment in a State-approved school as an Electrician Trainee and actively taking classes
Frequently required to bend or twist at the neck and torso
Demonstrates reliability and initiative
Proficient interpretation and application of plumbing blueprints as applied to the electrical scope
Under Direct supervision employee has the ability to demonstrate the following competencies.
Frequently required walking for long and short distances, walking from one worksite to another.

Holds a valid Electrician Trainee certification through the state
