We seek an enthusiastic, tenacious Property Manager to manage a residential lettings portfolio. The primary purpose is to efficiently oversee daily operations while delivering high‑quality customer service. Responsibilities include regular communication with landlords and tenants, ensuring regulatory compliance, arranging repairs, handling rent arrears and deposits, and guiding parties through end‑of‑tenancy.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of property management experience and a solid understanding of residential lettings legislation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build long‑term relationships, and a professional telephone manner are essential. The role requires resilience, independent and team working capability, excellent organisational and time‑management skills, and a solution‑focused, empathetic approach.
