Support client‑specific category strategy.
Perform detailed spend analysis to identify savings, efficiency opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
Assist in identifying potential suppliers aligned with client business objectives.
Track and report supplier performance and resolve performance issues.
Assist with pre‑award subcontract activities, subcontractor pre‑qualification, and RFP preparation.
Support bid evaluation, negotiations, and subcontract execution for lump‑sum turnkey and EPC contracts.
Provide project start‑up support to Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Managers.
Prepare and distribute contract‑related information to appropriate parties.
Attend site visits to observe and document construction field activities.
