We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful individual to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources function. Reporting to the CFO, the Human Resource Coordinator plays a key role in supporting a happy, healthy, and productive workplace by ensuring smooth administrative processes, accurate employee records, and positive internal communications. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of discretion, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join our team in our Syracuse, New York, office. This is an in-office position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship. We provide quality, cost-effective engineering services to state and local governments and private-sector clients across New York State and Pennsylvania. Our project portfolio features experience in bridge, highway, and structural design; condition and safety inspection; civil and site engineering support; construction inspection and administration; survey and mapping; and hydrographic services.
