As HR Business Partner at SRL, you’ll work side-by-side with senior leaders and play a key role in shaping how we support our people. You’ll lead on meaningful projects, solve real problems, and be trusted to drive change.

Manage sickness and wellbeing cases – supporting people in the right way and making a difference
Review and improve policies – ensuring they reflect best practice and support a positive employee experience
Drive cultural and engagement efforts – influencing how it feels to work here and helping teams thrive
Identify gaps and suggest solutions – using your ideas to reduce risk and make things run smoother
Guide and coach managers on absence, performance, and conduct – helping them grow their skills while building your own credibility
