Proficiency with data migration, cleansing, and enrichment tools and processes.
Knowledge of master data management (MDM) principles, duplicate management strategies, and winning record logic for enrichment workflows.
Proven experience in a Salesforce administrator, data steward or CRM data management role, preferably within a commercial or sales operations setting.
Comfortable working across global time zones and collaborating with distributed teams, including IT, commercial operations, and third-party vendors.
Preferred experience with tools such as Introhive (relationship intelligence and contact enrichment), Validity (data cleansing and monitoring), familiarity with MCAE / Pardot (marketing automation and lead management) and Net Zero Cloud.
Bonus certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Sharing, Visibility Architect, Salesforce Platform Administrator II and Salesforce Platform App Builder.
Experience establishing and monitoring data quality metrics and dashboards to proactively identify and remediate data issues.
Bonus: Experience with MCAE, Net Zero Cloud, Validity’s DemandTools, Azure DevOps and various enrichment tools.
