Administrar eficazmente la conciliación mensual de inventario relacionada con el Anexo 24/31 y la administración del sistema aduanal.
1 año de experiencia en programas especiales de comercio, con enfoque en lograr ahorros significativos en tiempo para los procesos operativos y/o impacto económico (ya sea directa o indirectamente).
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva.
Conocimiento básico del marco aduanero mexicano.
Conocimiento del tráfico local.
Detectar posibles problemas antes de que las autoridades los identifiquen, reduciendo así el impacto en la empresa.
Posee habilidades interpersonales (relación con proveedores y clientes).
Inglés intermedio (hablado y escrito).
Planeación relacionada con operaciones de importación/exportación.
Cumplir con los procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y reglamentos laborales de los diferentes sistemas de gestión (ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16946, CTPAT, OEA y los registrados por la empresa), de acuerdo con los manuales establecidos, y asegurar el cumplimiento de los registros legales, normas de calidad, medio ambiente, salud y seguridad, OEA, CTPAT, etc., que correspondan dentro de la empresa.
