Ability to understand, follow instructions, think and work with little supervision.
Previous grounds or custodial maintenance experience.
Must be able to lift 70lbs and physically able to perform duties in all weather conditions.
Must be available to work Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM and including occasional weekends.
Must be C03 Certified or willing to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
Must be able to walk up to 10 miles a day.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
