The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will provide vision and leadership for the development and execution of the company’s information technology strategy. As a senior leader, the CIO oversees enterprise IT systems that support business operations, improve cost efficiency, service quality, and drive business development. The role also emphasizes fostering a collaborative and accountable culture while positioning technology as a strategic differentiator across the organization.
The CIO is responsible for aligning technology initiatives with overall business strategy, leading cybersecurity, data analytics, AI/ML, and automation programs, and establishing robust change‑management processes. They will partner with the senior leadership team and Board to translate strategic priorities into a detailed technology roadmap, oversee architecture development, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Additionally, the CIO will build and lead a high‑performing technology team, optimize service costs, and manage the annual operating and capital budgets.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong business acumen, exceptional communication, and a proven ability to design, implement and manage complex systems. Required experience includes 15+ years of progressive IT leadership, preferably within construction or related sectors, and a track record of guiding enterprise transformations such as ERP, CRM, and cyber initiatives. A master’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or a related field is preferred, and the role involves occasional light physical effort and travel to job sites.
