Description

The Technical Duty Manager ensures the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of all technical systems and infrastructure within the tech park, acting as the first point of contact for technical escalations and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

• Oversee daily operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and other technical systems.
• Monitor and manage Building Management Systems (BMS) for real‑time alerts and performance.
• Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance and conduct routine equipment inspections.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance, approve work permits, and track performance.
• Lead emergency response, provide troubleshooting, and maintain incident logs.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, electrical safety, and environmental regulations; conduct risk assessments.
• Supervise technical staff, assign tasks, and deliver training on SOPs and safety.
• Maintain shift logs, incident reports, and maintenance records; produce periodic system health and KPI reports.
• Communicate with facility managers, tenants, and internal departments, providing updates and handling escalations.

Requirements

• Hold a degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Facility Management.
• Possess 5+ years of technical operations experience, preferably in commercial real estate or tech parks.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of HVAC, BMS, fire systems, and electrical infrastructure.
• Exhibit excellent problem‑solving, communication, and vendor‑management skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
