Lead delivery of highways and infrastructure projects for Norfolk local government.
Developing relationships with other WSP teams to utilise additional resources as required.
Producing project controls reports to meet client and business requirements.
Managing projects to ensure coordination of multi-disciplinary inputs.
Ensuring invoicing and cash collection is undertaken in accordance with business process and procedures.
Coordinating between various project team members ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the agreed quality standard.
Managing resources effectively (including remote resources) and efficiently to meet fluctuating workloads.
Growing the Project Management team within Norfolk to accommodate other disciplines.
Working with clients and design teams to deliver compliant designs on time and within budget and meeting H&S, CDM, QA and technical review requirements.
