Marketing Manager

Description

You’ll play a central role in shaping how the firm presents itself to clients, partners, and communities. From crafting winning proposals to strengthening brand identity and digital presence, your contributions will directly influence growth, client engagement, and long-term success.

• Draft press releases and assist with public relations activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resumes for technical staff
• Support company website updates, content development, and digital strategy
• Monitor prospects, track leads, and oversee the full proposal lifecycle from early pursuit through final delivery
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on marketing decisions, protocols, and strategy
• Develop new design concepts for marketing collateral and support brand-enhancing initiatives
• Complete government and client forms, including questionnaires, SF 330s, and qualifying statements
• Assist with conference and seminar presentation materials
• Create and maintain social media content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
• Manage and maintain all marketing resource materials—brochures, project data, images, presentation slides, and the client database
• Lead the preparation of qualification packages, proposals, and presentations by coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and clients
• Cultivate strong working relationships with leadership, technical teams, and external partners
• Prepare reports on marketing efforts and pipeline activity

• Experience preparing SF 330s or similar government documentation is preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the A/E/C industry, with strong knowledge of engineering and design terminology
• Willingness to travel to regional offices as needed
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal oversight
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop
• Experience with Deltek Vision is a plus
