The Receptionist/Front Office Executive role in Integrated Facilities Management‑Corporate Solutions is the front line of customer service, managing the busiest area of the office – the front desk. You will greet visitors, guide employees, and handle all incoming and outgoing calls while maintaining a professional appearance and behavior.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining and updating front‑office records such as telephone registers, call tracking, and client contacts, as well as general administrative and help‑desk tasks like displaying magazines and newspapers. You will also contribute to the monthly management report for the client and participate in emergency evacuation procedures.
Additional duties involve developing reception policies and procedures, and assisting with conference room management, event coordination, and flower arrangement logistics. Continuous improvement of the front‑office environment is a key focus.
We seek a graduate with 1‑5 years of front‑desk management experience, proven continuous‑improvement initiatives, and strong computer literacy across multiple systems. A strong customer‑service focus, excellent people skills, and outstanding multitasking ability are essential.
