What You Bring

-Strong experience in UX and Human-Centred Design, delivering impactful user experiences. -Collaborative and confident in facilitating discussions, managing stakeholders, and driving alignment across teams. -Highly autonomous with a proactive, “can do” attitude, able to thrive in ambiguous and evolving environments. -Skilled in design thinking, user research, and translating insights into clear, customer-focused solutions. -Strong communicator and presenter, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex problems. -Experienced in designing across digital and non-digital channels, including chat, voice, and communications journeys. -Proficient with tools like Figma, Miro, Asana, and Confluence, with a quick ability to learn new platforms.
