The coordinator will structure and manage projects across all solid‑waste streams, ensuring consistency and quality of multidisciplinary deliverables. Key tasks include developing schedules, coordinating engineering, environmental, regulatory and operational inputs, and supporting the preparation of ministerial or regulatory authorizations. The role also contributes to service proposals, business development, and continuous improvement of internal practices while delivering pragmatic, context‑appropriate solutions.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, environmental, chemical or a related engineering discipline and be a registered Professional Engineer (OIQ). Ten to fifteen years of experience in solid‑waste management or environmental infrastructure, with a proven record of coordinating complex multidisciplinary projects, is required. The ideal applicant is bilingual in French and English, possesses strong judgment, communication and structuring skills, and can travel occasionally.
