Support the end-to-end leasing process, including marketing, documentation, and execution of Tenancy Agreements.
Assist in identifying and engaging prospective tenants through calls, networking, and research.
Learn and contribute to market analysis and tenant acquisition strategies.
Assist in negotiating favourable terms for leases and renewals under guidance from senior staff.
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, assisting with any lease-related matters.
Conduct basic due diligence on prospective tenants.
Help secure new tenancies, renew existing leases, and liaise with property agents as needed.
Support the Head of Department or Deputy Head in special projects or ad-hoc assignments as required.
Support leasing enquiries, conduct property viewings, and follow up to convert prospects into signed leases.
