Performs routine facilities maintenance and other warehouse operations tasks as assigned.
This job is performed in a large distribution center warehouse environment.
Clean and sanitize facilities, sweep or mop floors, and take care of general upkeep.
Troubleshoot and repair dock door systems and warehouse racks.
Maintains and repairs specialized equipment, machinery, and systems.
Responsible for general building maintenance, such as painting, basic plumbing, and electrical repairs.
Use and care for tools, and manage inventory of parts and supplies.

The ability to stand and walk for the full length of the assigned shift.
Attention to detail and good time management skills.
The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform various duties.
The ability to lift, push, and pull material and objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and heavier weights with proper equipment.
The ability to safely operate appropriate powered industrial trucks. Training will be provided.
Basic wiring knowledge a plus
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to exercise safety while carrying out all job responsibilities.
Experience with a variety of hand tools
