Supervise and oversee field teams, including 10--20 specialized craft performing soil remediation, excavation, and D&D of nuclear systems and structures.
Support contract administration, change management, and project documentation.
Lead, mentor, and develop field supervisors and craft personnel.
Review, approve, and negotiate change orders.
Identify and resolve field issues promptly; escalate concerns to the Operations Manager as needed.
Exercise stop-work authority when safety or compliance is compromised.
Oversee and approve monthly job cost updates and quarterly cash flow projections.
Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
Develop and execute daily work plans and provide technical input into work control and planning documents.
Maintain accurate daily field logs and records.
Foster strong client relationships and represent APTIM professionally on site.
Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day operational oversight and project completion planning.

Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience performing high-risk work in highly regulated settings.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent or leadership role (preferably on USACE or DOE nuclear D&D projects).
Proven record of strong safety performance and sound judgment.
Construction Field Work Supervisor Qualification Card preferred.

Minimum 5 years of nuclear or hazardous waste experience, ideally within a decommissioning environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn APTIM systems and processes quickly.
Experience in leadership, safety management, planning, and contract administration.
Radiological Worker and HAZWOPER training desired.
