The Inside Sales Representative acts as the front‑line contact for telephone and walk‑in customers, assessing equipment needs, negotiating terms, and placing orders for construction and industrial rentals. Requirements

• Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours and potential overtime
• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Familiarity with construction and industrial tools and equipment
• Prior equipment rental industry experience preferred
• Strong customer service and telephone communication abilities
• Proficient computer and administrative skills
• Completion of DOT Qualification process preferred
• Bilingual ability (Spanish or other) may be advantageous

Base pay ranges from $21.38 to $25.38 per hour, varying with location, experience, and education.
