Description

• Technical and strategic contribution: Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the enhancement of Commercial Data Solutions offerings.
• Data analysis and management: Design and perform analyses using various data sources (e.g., claims, activity, sales data) and ensure data quality.
• Project and team management: Manage and mentor a team of analysts and consultants, overseeing multiple projects from start to finish.
• Value Management: Support business development activities, including needs assessment, scoping, and proposal creation.

Requirements

• Technical skills: Strong proficiency in tools like SQL, R, Python, and MS Excel. Knowledge of VBA is often preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or commercial operations within the life sciences industry.
• Soft skills: Strong communication, project management, and team-oriented skills are crucial.
• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field is typically required.
• Client communication: Clearly communicate analytical methods, findings, and engagement updates to cross-functional client teams.
