A typical day includes troubleshooting site‑specific process issues, engaging technical staff and management to develop retention and growth strategies, creating innovative sales approaches, and building key customer relationships by identifying decision makers, researching prospects, and implementing strategic questioning. The incumbent will also work to increase sales and profit margin, develop effective proposals, and communicate ChemTreat’s value proposition.
Essential requirements are a Bachelor of Science degree—preferably in engineering or a technical field—and 2 to 4 years of experience in water treatment.
