Attending client meetings and building relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Working alongside our wider leadership team to develop strategies around training and development of staff, links with industrial bodies, and thought leadership.
Approval of complex designs, assessments and calculations in accordance with quality procedures, current industry guidance and codes of practice to achieve safety by design.

A high level of technical skills, knowledge and experience of relevant industry standards, best practice and current technical strategy and developments.
Good communication skills.
Demonstrable relevant UK and/or international civil engineering design and leadership experience, with experience in below ground structures and tunnelling.
A sound understanding and experience in the construction of underground structures and tunnelling techniques to drive safe, economically buildable designs.
Achieved Chartered Engineer or equivalent status with a relevant Institution (e.g. MICE or MIStructE or similar international institution), and have achieved, or be working towards, Fellowship.
