Spend approximately 80% of your time on-site, carrying out minor repairs and maintenance.
Monitor health & safety equipment standards and ensure all assets are certified as safe and compliant.
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Be the first point of contact for contractors, scoping and supporting project delivery.
Support the Field Performance Manager (FPM) and deputise during leave or delegated responsibilities, ensuring continuity and succession planning.
Conduct site safety and fire risk assessments, and support audits by regulators and governing bodies.
Respond flexibly to out-of-hours work to minimise customer disruption.
Oversee daily site activities, ensuring adherence to BSI 9001 & 14001 standards, water quality regulations, and environmental policies.
Tow and set up generators for emergency and planned works.
Maintain a clear overview of all planned and reactive works across the operational area.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues proactively.
Act as the competent person on Safe Control of Operations (SCOs), managing safe isolation and valving of assets.
