Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities

Skills: Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical ability, and experience with IT infrastructure management
Ability to manage complex financial operations and IT oversight in a nonprofit setting

Strategic thinker with strong leadership and team development skills
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in finance or accounting; experience with nonprofit accounting and grant compliance strongly preferred
