Lead the development of a strategic technology roadmap for Talent Acquisition & related areas
Develop trusted and strategic relationships with the business stakeholders and the Digital Technology teams

Share the knowledge gained on product innovation with HR Technology team members and the relevant business stakeholders
Collaborate with HR Technology leadership and business stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements, gap analysis, and impact assessment. Research and recommend effective solutions and business processes.
Work with the business stakeholders, internal procurement, and vendors to determine additional Workday and emerging technologies in Talent Acquisition at Carrier
Plan, design, configure, and test solution options in Workday Talent Acquisition module
Apply HR systems expertise & best practices to design, implement, and optimize impactful HR solutions
Stay current with Workday, leading Talent Acquisition technologies, and Gen AI

Experience with project management methodologies for leading product development
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources or related field
Relevant certifications in Workday Talent Acquisition module
Adept at creating Documentation artifacts i.e., User Guides, Process Flow Charts, Project Plans, Test Plans, and other slide decks for presentations
Able to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels within the organization
High School diploma or GED
Broad management and leadership knowledge
Work independently across different time zones in a fast-paced environment
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsoring available.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5+ years of experience in leading HR Technology projects and teams
2+ years of experience in Workday Talent Acquisition module
Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices
Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA
Experience with Acquisitions, Mergers and Divestitures
