MMR is seeking Project Engineer candidates with a degree in Construction Management or an equivalent field. The role involves organizing and planning projects, maintaining schedules and cost tracking, managing client communications, and coordinating with site supervision to deliver work packages and invoices.
The ideal candidate holds a BS in Construction Management (or related) and has three to five years of relevant experience. Preferred experience includes electrical and instrumentation construction, as well as industrial projects. Candidates should be proficient in estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and software tools such as MS Office and Primavera P6, and possess strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- BS in Construction Management or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in electrical and instrumentation construction (preferred)
- Experience in industrial construction (preferred)
- Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and purchasing
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawing packages and specifications
- Working knowledge of MS Office software
- Experience with Primavera P6 (preferred)
- Ability to read CPM schedules and identify critical paths
- Capability to work independently, prioritize, organize, and solve problems with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform effectively under time pressure and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Regular and reliable attendance
