This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, forging strong partnerships, and delivering profitable growth. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and negotiating commercial agreements that support ABP’s strategic objectives in the Humber region.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage agreements to ensure optimal performance and profitability.
- Represent ABP at industry events and networking forums, promoting our ports and services.
- Support the development of commercial strategies, marketing materials, and customer communications.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue and EBITDA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Act as a trusted ambassador for ABP, consistently demonstrating our values and commitment to excellence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.

- Broad experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
- Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Exposure to market analysis and strategic pricing development.
- Financially literate and comfortable working with commercial contracts and pricing models.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable growth.
- Confident networker with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in port operations, logistics, or property management.
