Confer with project staff to outline work plan, assign duties, responsibilities, scope of authority, provide technical advice, and resolve problems.
Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
Ensure all projects and contractual commitments are met, performed professionally and company processes and procedures are followed.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards for project in conjunction with Project Manager and/or Superintendent monitor/control construction to ensure project is designed and built on schedule and within budget.
