Participate in ongoing product improvement by acting as the Voice of the Customer for Licensing and subscription-related issues
Communicate with Dealers and Distribution Partners via Phone, Email, or Chat
Work in multiple licensing systems and provided tools in order to solve issues
Provide clear step-by-step guidance to ensure issue resolution in a timely manner
Serve as the Tier 2 Point of Contact for all Licensing and Subscription issues reported through existing Support channels

Proven ability to learn and troubleshoot software, with a strong interest in software licensing and subscription models
Experience collaborating with internal engineering and product teams to manage and resolve technical escalations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple internal systems and tools to diagnose and resolve complex issues
Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP Ports and Port Protocol)
A customer-focused mindset and the ability to navigate challenging conversations professionally
Experience with Oracle, Virtual Warehouse and Next Virtual Warehouse, EPP, EMS, License Manager, LDK-EMS, HASP Programmer
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers and dealers
Foundational knowledge of software products, preferably within the construction, civil, or geospatial industries, is a plus
