Promote 5S principles and team accountability.
Engineering for resolution of scope of supply questions, customer specifications and disposition of leftover project materials.
Recommend adjustments in procedures/processes, workforce needs and resource allocation.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
Project management experience is a plus.
