The Commercial Service Account Manager role focuses on expanding service agreements, quick‑turn projects, and modernization opportunities to keep customers operating efficiently, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to address both immediate and future customer needs.
- Sell Carrier HVAC service portfolio, including agreements, repairs, and modernizations.
- Develop and maintain sales territory and account plans.
- Present at customer seminars to build relationships and identify opportunities.
- Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities, and pipeline.
- Acquire new customers and grow share with existing accounts.
- Identify and pursue new service agreement and repair opportunities.
- Establish credibility through deep knowledge of Carrier products and solutions.
- Detect customer buying stage and adjust selling approach accordingly.
- Prioritize top opportunities and respond promptly to customer requirements.
- Achieve sales metrics and annual targets; negotiate service agreement renewals.
