The Principal Technical Professional will identify problems within the C‑UAS Program Office, recommend resolutions, and report status to both CONUS and OCONUS leadership. This role includes conducting site surveys to develop installation plans, monitoring contractor performance, and informing the Program Office of any priority changes.
Key duties involve defining and presenting solutions to integration challenges among C‑UAS command‑and‑control systems, sensors (such as KURFS, LCMR, and fire‑finder radars) and effectors (including Coyote and LPWS), as well as addressing network issues. The incumbent will train personnel, analyze interfaces, and collaborate with military, government, and contractors, supporting deployments in six‑month rotations at domestic and overseas sites.
- Identify C‑UAS program issues, recommend resolutions, and report status to CONUS and OCONUS leadership.
- Conduct site surveys to plan C‑UAS installations at new locations worldwide.
- Monitor installation contractor performance and provide feedback to the C‑UAS Program Office.
- Communicate changes in priorities or plans related to C‑UAS systems to the Program Office.
- Define and present solutions for integration challenges among C‑UAS C2, sensors (e.g., KURFS, LCMR, fire‑finder radars) and effectors (e.g., Coyote, LPWS).

- Liaise with military, government, and contractors to accomplish mission objectives.
- Support C‑UAS systems at both CONUS and OCONUS sites, including 6‑month deployment rotations.

Candidates must have at least five years of experience with air and missile defense systems, communications network design, and electronic‑warfare equipment integration, and be eligible for a security investigation with access to classified information. An associate or Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or a computer‑related field is required, and knowledge of Army acquisition processes is preferred.
