The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the division and assigned departments, serving staff at all levels. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between the supervisor and internal or external contacts, handling mail, packages, expense reports, and office supplies, and performing filing, typing, and data entry. The role also coordinates meetings and travel, manages the supervisor’s calendar, and prepares correspondence such as letters, memos, and reports.
We require an associate degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least two years of office administrative experience, which may be met through a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Successful candidates are proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and preferably Oracle, and possess strong filing and 10‑key skills. Attention to detail, analytical ability, and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks under changing priorities are essential. Excellent oral and written communication, a positive attitude, self‑motivation, and the ability to interact professionally with all employee levels, vendors, and clients are also required.
